Bars & Prices
Our rustic, handmade wooden bars are unique and designed so they can be set up in various sizes and shapes to fit any area. We offer several different hire packages – please see below for details.
Prices:
a. Bar hire included in marquee hire package – POA
b. Bar hire – set up and left for yourself to stock and run
£250 with a £100 refundable deposit. 2 day hire.
POA for longer hire periods
c. Bar hire – set-up and with our professional and experienced staff to run the bar throughout the agreed time.
£250 bar hire, plus an hourly charge for staff POA.
Glass hire / plastics optional, POA
This option does not include us stocking the bar (we can stock the bar if required for an additional price – please enquire for more information)
d. Bar hire – set up, fully stocked, and with our professional and experienced staff to run the bar throughout the agreed time.
£160 bar hire.
When being hired without a marquee or catering, we charge an hourly rate for staff in addition to the bar hire charge.
We fully stock the bar with draught ales, ciders, lagers, a good range of spirits, soft drinks, wines, champagne and prosecco. We also ask that if there are any specific drinks you know will be popular to let us know so we can make sure we are well stocked for your event.
We can supply dressed waiting staff for your event, as well as the glassware, crockery, cutlery, table linen and anything else you may require.
Please note for locations more than 20 miles from our base at DT11 9JG we charge an additional 60 pence per mile to cover our transport costs.
