We can supply dressed waiting staff for your event, as well as all the glassware, crockery, cutlery, table linen etc you may require.  Our prices do not include table service – this is an additional cost if required.  We can also help with the drinks if this is of interest and have many drinks packages for you to choose from, or we can just serve whatever drinks you would like us to!

Hog Roasts

Our hog roasts are served with succulent hot fresh meat served straight from the roasting oven with crispy golden crackling; we rub the skin of all our hogs with olive oil and sea salt flakes to give the crackling its wonderful flavour and crunch.  The meat is then loaded hot into our freshly baked soft bread rolls with the all-important sweet and savoury taste combination of our homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing.  Perfect!  A true British favourite!

Cooked the same way as the pig roast, we can vary the roast to offer a 3-meat spit roast cooked with a choice of 3 meats from pork, beef, turkey, gammon and lamb roast – price on request.
